In the year 2010, Mrs. Juliet M. Nacita was appointed as the general manager of GMA Water District on February 10, 2010 after the retirement of Mrs. AdelinaTorralba as general manager of the district last November 2009. As she took her place as the new general manager, the district became more responsive in providing the best water services for the constituents of the municipality. A total quality management was observed under her supervisory and capacity. A ground Breaking Ceremony of Pump Station No. 14 was held on August 31, 2010 at Lot D-4J, Brgy. Kua, GMA, Cavite. There was a construction of mushroom laboratory and grow houses and drilling of 1 deepwell site and its appurtenances at Lot D-4J, Brgy. Kua, GMA, Cavite. At this year, Portable Water Quality Testing Equipment was donated by LWUA, 80% donated and 20% loan payable in three (3) years.

Expansion line accomplishments are as follows:

1. Poblacion 1 Neighborhood Association Brgy. Poblacion. 1 GMA, Cavite 180 meters pipe laying.
2. Secondary line expansion at riverside Brgy. Pulido (Extension) 200 meters pipe laying.
3. Yellow bell, Happy Valley, Brgy. Ramon Cruz Sr. 130 meters pipe laying.
4. Pipe laying works at Pasong Sauing, Delas Alas and Poblacion 1 area 1.6 km. Pipelines
