In 1995, the GMA Water District turned over to GEMASCO four (4) out of the (6) donated deep wells of the NHA to GMAWD by virtue of the court decision on the forcible entry case filed by GEMASCO. From the 52 GMAWD personnel, 19 remained, 33 others resigned from service while membership of BOD only Engr. Cesario R. Mullet remained. All 3 other resigned and one passed away ( Mr. Jesus Villamartin).

Year 1996. Mrs. Adelina T. Torralba was appointed General Manager of GMA Water District when GMAWD was in a state of extreme crisis in all aspect: institutional, financial and operational. New set of Board of Directors was formed composed of Engr. Cesar R. Mullet, Dr. Ernesto O. Tomale, Mr. Danilo Reyes, Mrs. Rosalinda P. Ancero and Mr. Amado V. Angelo. Internal and external publics were thoroughly attended to a form of image building for GMAWD.

Year 1997,Operational activities were conducted as well as coordination and cooperation with outside organizations such as the following: rehabilitation of deep wells of Mandarin Homes, San Gabriel and Maderan. Court action was undertaken against all illegal connections such as that of Mandarin Homes, etc. GMAWD held first hosting of the Southern Tagalog Association of Water Districts (STAWD) at Munting Paraiso Resort Bancal, Carmona, Cavite. Two day seminar on Performance Evaluation System was conducted. First holding of Oratorical and Poster-Making held at the Session Hall of the municipality with the theme: our Life , our Environment, Our Legacy, Selective maintenance crew joined the plumbing contest during the RUIBF-IV Skills Olympics held at Dasmariñas, Cavite.
