The General Mariano Alvarez Water District (GMAWD) is a Government-Owned and/or Controlled Corporation (GOCC), situated in the Municipality of General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite that serves over Twenty Four Thousand (24,000) plus concessionaires by providing clean and safe potable water. Its existence is due to such a simple mission, to which GMAWD incessantly adheres, but has taken   multiple steps forward in ensuring the delivery of its promise to its stakeholders. As a grantee of three (3) ISO certifications (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018) in an audit held by the          third-party certifying body, TUV Nord, GMAWD implemented its integrated management systems policy focusing on quality, environmental and occupational health and safety standards.
